The last date to pay your 2007 real and personal property taxes without interest and penalty is Monday, June 2, 2008.  Under the provisions of Section 6-201 of the City Code, the 2007 real and personal property taxes will become delinquent on Tuesday, June 3, 2008.  Taxes paid on or after June 3, 2008 will have 1.5% of the base property tax added to the total amount due for each month the property taxes are delinquent.  If you are unsure of whether your taxes are paid you may call (931) 645-7436 or check our website for property taxes due on real property.
