Full-time City of Clarksville employees can opt in or out of the onsite health & wellness clinic managed by One to One Health regardless of enrollment in the City's health insurance. Access to the City clinic is only $2.50 per paycheck and is Payroll deducted. Family members can use the onsite health & wellness clinic if the City employee and dependent(s) are enrolled in the City’s health insurance and the Employee has opted into the clinic.
According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, heart disease is the number one killer among men and women. Also listed in the top 10 for both groups are cancer, stroke, and diabetes all of which can be impacted by physical activity level and eating habits.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services issues science-based guidance to help individuals improve their health through regular physical activity. Good nutrition is also recommended to lead a healthier lifestyle.
