The Clarksville Police Department Records Division maintains information regarding incidents and crashes that occur within the City of Clarksville. If you require a copy of a report, you can submit a request in person between the hours of 08:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 135 Commerce Street, or you can submit a request by email at Police.Records@cityofclarksville.com. Depending on your specific request, you may be given additional instructions before the report is provided to you. The Records Division will be closed on weekends and on all City Holidays.

To obtain a copy of a motor vehicle accident report directly through the Clarksville Police Department you must be the driver of the vehicle, owner of a vehicle involved in an accident, agent for a driver or owner of a vehicle involved in an accident or an attorney for either the driver or owner of a vehicle involved in an accident.
Accordingly, to process your request, drivers and owners of vehicles are required to provide a copy of their driver's license, attorneys are required to provide a letter of representation, and agents are required to provide the number of the insurance policy involved or a letter of agency signed by the driver or owner.
