[ARCHIVED] More vaccination sites now available

Cpt. Chandler 3

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. –  More organizations are administering COVID-19 vaccines in Clarksville-Montgomery County. All sites are working with the Tennessee Department of Health and Montgomery County Health Department and operating in accord with the state plan to provide vaccinations in phases.

Those wanting a vaccination should first determine eligibility by visiting this website:  https://covid19.tn.gov/covid-19-vaccines/eligibility/ .

These organizations are receiving vaccines from the state or federal government and are given at no cost.

Austin Peay State University

Starting Tuesday, March 2, APSU nursing faculty and students will begin administering the Moderna vaccine to the public at a drive-through site near Main Street and University Avenue. After someone requests an appointment, they’ll receive information on when to arrive. The site is in parking Lot 11, next to the Ard Building. Enter Lot 11 by traveling east on Main Street. Traffic will not be allowed to enter from University Avenue.
