This week’s #WorkingWednesday features Kim Neil, Traffic Control Technician at the Clarksville Street Department.

Kim has been with the City for more than 24 years. In her current role, she serves as the primary sign fabricator for the traffic division and has produced more than 20,000 signs that can be seen throughout Clarksville.

“Kim is a hard-working and valuable resource to this department,” Engineering Manager Chris Cowan said. “She is highly skilled and I have enjoyed working with her. She has been able to produce large numbers of signs, even on very short deadlines.”

When she’s not at work, she enjoys swimming and spending time with her boyfriend, Charles. She has two daughters and three grandchildren that she loves to spoil as much as possible.

Thank you, Kim, for over two decades of dedicated service to the City of Clarksville and for your sign-making expertise. We are proud to have you as part of our City family!
