CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Clarksville Gas & Water has closed a section of Franklin Street from S. 1st Street to S. 2nd Street in downtown Clarksville for water main leak repair.
Motorists will be detoured S. 1st Street to S. 2nd Street during the work.
A water outage and low water pressure may also affect the downtown vicinity while the repair is underway.
The work is anticipated to be finished and the road reopened by approximately 5 p.m.
