Water service has been turned off on Academy Avenue for the ongoing water service line repair. Low water pressure will continue to affect the vicinity. The repair work and road closure has been extended to approximately 2 p.m.

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Clarksville Gas & Water has closed Academy Avenue from Madison Street to Cooper Place for water service line repair.
Low water pressure may also affect the vicinity during the work.
Motorists will be detoured to Madison Street and Union Street.
The water service line repair is anticipated to be finished and the road reopened by approximately 12 p.m.
