[ARCHIVED] Gas & Water reports high customer call volume

Clarksville Gas and Water

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Clarksville Gas & Water is experiencing an extremely high volume of customer calls and asks customers to be patient and to wait on the phone to keep their queue in line for the next available operator.

Gas & Water on-call personnel are being dispatched to assist the public with their gas, water and sewer  emergencies; however, there may be longer response times during these periods of high volume calls for service order requests.

“We value our customers and ask for patience and understanding as we field customer calls and dispatch technicians to respond to each call safely and as expediently as possible,” said Mark Riggins, Gas & Water General Manager.

The following Gas & Water customer bill payment and account management options are operational.

  • WebConnect, www.clarksvillegw.com, online payment.
  • Utility Billing Line, (931) 645-7400, pay-by-phone.

Please call Clarksville Gas & Water, (931) 645-0116, to report gas, water and sewer emergencies during inclement weather office closings, after hours (Mon.-Fri. 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), weekends and holidays.
