With life-long roots in the northern middle Tennessee/southern Kentucky area, art photographer Lea Braun and her husband, Matthew, have moved back to the Clarksville area from Illinois, and came to the City Mayor's Office Monday afternoon bearing a gift.
The Brauns presented Clarksville Mayor Joe Pitts and the City with a custom-framed photograph she captured of a majestic bald eagle, honoring Clarksville's close and direct ties to Fort Campbell, home of the Screaming Eagles of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault).
The picture will find a prominent home at City Hall, said a very grateful Mayor Pitts.
