Clarksville Gas and Water has closed a section of High Street from King Street to Crossland Avenue for water main replacement work. Through traffic will be redirected to King Street and Crossland Avenue during the work, but local residents will have access.
Utility construction crews will be working on High Street and Perkins Avenue for several days for the water line work; however, High Street will be reopened by approximately 3 p.m. today.
