Gas & Water’s online and pay-by-phone bill payment access will be down for system updates
Bill payment drop off boxes available and emergency phone lines will operate
CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Clarksville Gas and Water online customer account access, WebConnect, and pay-by-phone bill payment feature, Utility Billing Line, will be temporarily down on Sunday, Nov. 17 from 4 a.m. until approximately 7 a.m. for service system updates and maintenance by the provider. Routine system updates are necessary and important for security and to optimize system performance.
Customer service center payment drop off boxes located at 2015 Fort Campbell Blvd. and 2215 Madison St. are available around the clock for bill payment deposit.
The Gas and Water main phone line, (931) 645-7400, and the emergency after-hours number, (931) 645-0116, will be operational for gas, water or sewer emergency calls.
Customers are priority one at Gas and Water and we very much appreciate their patience and understanding during the necessary system updates.
