CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Gas & Water’s network provider will perform system upgrades on two occasions; Thursday, Feb. 6, at 12 a.m. until 5 a.m. and on Tuesday, Feb. 11, at 12 a.m. until 5 a.m. causing the customer online bill payment, WebConnect, and pay-by-phone payment feature, Utility Billing Line, to be temporarily down.
Customer service center payment drop off boxes located at 2015 Fort Campbell Blvd. and 2215 Madison St. are available around the clock for bill payment deposit.
The Gas and Water main phone line, (931) 645-7400, and the emergency after-hours number, (931) 645-0116, will be operational for gas, water and sewer emergency calls.
