CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Kickball is no longer just for gym class! Clarksville Parks & Recreation has announced a new co-ed adult kickball league and registration is open for interested teams.
“Kickball is a great way to socialize with friends while still getting a workout,” said Kaylie Doughty, Athletic Coordinator for Clarksville Parks & Recreation. “Everyone remembers playing kickball as a kid and it’s still just as fun as an adult.”
Team registration is open now through March 13. The registration fee is $450 per team and players must be 18 or older. There must be 10 players in the field at all times. Games will be played on Sundays beginning April 5 at the Swan Lake Sports Complex softball fields.
“It’s a co-ed league, so it’s perfect for businesses, military units, or other groups who want to have a team,” Doughty said. “And, whether you’re new to kickball or have been playing for years, this new league will still be a blast.”
