CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Clarksville Gas & Water has planned water outages, weather permitting, on Tuesday, Feb. 2, and Wednesday, Feb. 3, beginning nightly at 10 p.m. on a section of Memorial Drive from Ussery Road to Clearview Drive for fire hydrant replacement work. Area residents may also experience low water pressure during the work.

The water outages will also include the following Memorial Drive side roads.

  • West Park Drive
  • Lydia Lane
  • Allenwood Drive
  • Keith Drive
  • Med Parc Drive
  • Hilldale Lane
  • Pardue Drive
  • Pardue Court
  • Clearview Drive (north of Memorial Drive)

Memorial Drive will be passable; however, approximately 100 feet of the southbound lane at the intersection of Ussery Drive will be shifted to the center lane both nights at 10 p.m. to allow for the work. Motorists are advised to slow down and be alert to directional signs and utility workers when approaching the work zone or choose an alternate travel route to avoid traffic congestion.

Tuesday’s work is anticipated to be finished by approximately 3 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 3, and Wednesday’s work is anticipated to be finished by 5 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 4.
